Ficelle picarde (crêpe stuffed with mushroom, cream and ham), Tarte aux Maroilles (cheese tart), Flamiche (leek quiche), Bisteux (potato pie), Lapin sauté à la picard (Picardy style sauté rabbit) cheeses and fruit from our region, invite you to taste local flavours featured on a fine menu.
